Edison Next, new business partner of Feique
The Spanish Chemical Industry Business Federation (Feique) and Edison Next, a company specialized in energy and environmental services with a solid track record in developing solutions for decarbonization and water footprint reduction, have signed a collaboration agreement whereby the latter becomes a Business Partner of Feique. The agreement was signed by the General Director of Feique, Juan Antonio Labat, and the Director of Business Development and Circular Economy at Edison Next Spain, Luis Urrutia.
Juan Antonio Labat, General Director of Feique, stated: “With the incorporation of Edison Next as a Business Partner of Feique, we strengthen our network of collaboration with entities that provide key knowledge, innovation, and solutions, essential for continuing to advance the competitiveness and sustainability of the chemical sector.”

The multinational Edison operates in Spain through Edison Next and has a workforce of over 900 people, managing heat and cold vectors, as well as water, at more than 50 manufacturing plants. It has executed over 2,500 energy efficiency and water reuse projects, as well as the climate control and efficiency of more than 2,000 buildings and lighting in over 40 cities. As a delegated entity, it has managed over 100 GWh in CAEs, both in standard sheets and unique projects.
Its value proposition covers the entire chain of energy and water services, always aiming to improve efficiency in these vectors and reduce consumption while guaranteeing savings. Edison Next invests in the necessary assets, eliminating risk for the client.
With the goal of reducing both energy consumption and the carbon footprint of its clients, it acts as a Global Energy Partner, implementing projects in energy efficiency, renewable energy and circular economy, biogas and biomethane, heat pumps, biomass, PV, waste heat recovery, water reuse and its associated energy, etc.
