On the other hand, the company has IRIS, a unique and fully customizable IT/OT product. It is an open system compatible with virtually any CMMS, which thanks to its architecture and technology allows the design of intelligent variables and algorithms that facilitate the customization of developments tailored to each plant.
The assembly between both technologies is key to achieving maximum efficiency in the installation. Indeed, Edison Next España’s innovative commitment to the digitalization of monitoring systems is one of its spearheads for addressing decarbonization.
Furthermore, the integration of IDboxRt technology into its activity is also noteworthy. With IRIS, for example, it is possible to monitor energy consumption, perform commercial calculations, control production lines and machinery operations, monitor IT systems, the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and Drill Down, among other features.
Key tools and systems, created through an exhaustive analysis of the customer experience, which enable the real identification of energy efficiency measures and the savings potential of each process, facilitating appropriate decision-making for continuous improvement and the reduction of CO2 emissions from industrial plants.
