II Commercial Convention of Edison Next Spain

Edison Next España celebrates its 2nd Commercial Convention 2022, focusing on projects achieved and the strategies and objectives set for the upcoming year. To this end, the event, organized by the company’s Marketing team, Miriam Sánchez and Carlos Periáñez, featured an opening and introduction by Íñigo Bertrand, CEO, and Jon Macías, Commercial Director of Edison Next España. This was followed by a series of informative sessions led by Manuel Barrera, National Self-Consumption Sales Manager at Edison Next España, where all the conclusions from the current commercial campaign and new strategic focuses were communicated, along with new ideas and contributions to prepare for the new campaign, in line with the company’s strategic pillars. Likewise, the different working groups from the various service and solution areas explained the enabling activities to achieve new expectations, favorable environments, and new clients; identifying specific needs or problems that EDISON Next’s multi-product offering can address. Similarly, some key points for the year were highlighted, and the importance of using technology, as well as measurements, data, and above all, the different strategies for analyzing results and identifying best practices, was emphasized. Following the various presentations from the company’s action areas and once all key points were established, the influence of neuromanagement and neuroscience as indispensable mechanisms for negotiation and leadership in the 21st-century company was addressed. A comprehensive alignment with the company’s strategic plan, which arises with the main objective of making the company a benchmark in energy services that enable reducing energy consumption and achieving its ecological transition in the coming years.
