Edison Next paves the way to the future at the 2024 Decarbonization and Circularity in Territories Forum.
On October 2, Edison Next participated in the 2024 Decarbonization and Circularity Forum in the Territories, held at the Institute of Engineering of Spain (IIEs). In recent years, this event has established itself as a key platform for exchanging ideas and creating strategic alliances in the fight against climate change and the transition towards a circular economy.
The importance of this forum lies in its ability to bring together the main players in the sector, facilitating dialogue between companies, institutions, and sustainability experts, who share experiences, learn about new innovative solutions, and chart concrete paths to move towards a more sustainable future.
This type of meeting is essential to accelerate the adoption of decarbonization and circularity practices, which not only benefit the environment but also offer companies the opportunity to improve their competitiveness and adapt to the demands of a market increasingly oriented towards sustainability.

Iñigo Bertrand, CEO of Edison Next Spain, gave a presentation at the event, in which he addressed current trends in decarbonization and circularity. During his presentation, Bertrand highlighted the fundamental role of Energy Savings Certificates (CAEs) in the transformation of the industrial sector in Spain. At the same time, he took the opportunity to show how these certificates are making energy efficiency projects profitable and fostering the adoption of more sustainable technologies.
