BMS Portfolio Management, a solution for cross-cutting and efficient building management

Similarly, where recommended, a Smart-Retrocommissioning is carried out to verify on-site the operation of HVAC and control installations. This allows inefficiencies to be detected and corrected through auditing, balancing, and adjustment processes. The analytics of the data from the control system itself is provided by the BMSlytics^® tool, which offers all kinds of information and alerts about the operation of the control system and enables condition-based system maintenance. To complete the entire framework, the BMS Portfolio Management team provides a personalized analytics and remote maintenance service based on the analysis of collected data, which is key to having well-managed and optimized buildings, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction.
