Edison Next receives the Sisteplant Award for Excellence in Maintenance Management.
At Edison Next, innovation and excellence are part of our DNA, and we are honored to have received the Award for Excellence in Maintenance Management during the 36th edition of the Sisteplant Awards. This recognition highlights our work in implementing the PRISMA system to optimize maintenance management in infrastructures, boosting the reliability and performance of the equipment we manage.
Since 2017, Edison Next has worked closely with Sisteplant to implement PRISMA, a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) that has revolutionized our way of operating. This project, led by José Juan González (Head of Permitting), Martha Senra (Chief Digital & Information Officer), and Fernando Alonso (Chief B2B Operating Officer), has been a fundamental pillar in consolidating our operational efficiency and fostering data-driven decision-making.
Our colleague Rubén Rivas, national head of industrial maintenance management at Edison Next, represented our company at the Sisteplant Awards ceremony, where he had the honor of collecting the award. During the event, Rivas highlighted, “This award is the result of the joint effort of the entire Edison Next team and reflects our commitment to innovation and continuous improvement. The implementation of PRISMA has been key to optimizing our operations and ensuring more efficient and reliable maintenance, always with the goal of adding value to our clients and the users of the equipment we manage.”
The PRISMA system, which we have integrated as part of our operations, has allowed us to move towards a more efficient and data-driven maintenance model. Its ability to coordinate maintenance activities in an integrated manner, improve equipment reliability, and provide value to users is fundamental in our mission to lead the energy and operational transformation in the numerous sectors in which we work. This award recognizes and reinforces our commitment to continuous improvement and the adoption of advanced technological solutions to meet the needs of our clients.
Receiving this award at the 2024 assembly of the Prisma, Captor, and Engineering Services User Club highlights, once again, the positive results and the importance of combining technology, experience, and a strategic vision. This event, held in a hybrid format at Bizkaia Aretoa (UPV-EHU), was also an opportunity for different companies and organizations to share success stories and explore the latest innovations in tools such as PRISMA 4 and CAPTOR.
For us, innovation is not only a goal but also an indispensable tool with which to build a more sustainable and efficient future. This recognition from Sisteplant reflects our constant dedication to offering solutions that not only improve operations but also generate a positive impact on the environment and society.
